March 5, 2026(3 events) – Join us as we work on our prereading skills and have some fun with stories and a craft! We do the same thing each week on both Wednesday and Thursday, so pick the day that works best for you that week. No charge, and no registration required! Every Tuesday and Wednesday (except school holidays.) Alamogordo Public Library – Region 12 has completed the SIM workshop and is now entering the BHRIA-required Regional Planning Phase, during which behavioral health stakeholders must collaboratively develop a regional plan that addresses service gaps, outlines implementation timelines and performance measures, and strengthens coordination across the region. The final plan must be approved by Otero County, Lincoln County, and the Mescalero Apache Tribe, then submitted to the state Behavioral Health Executive Committee for review, funding strategy development, oversight, and project management, while also supporting workforce pipeline planning with regional higher education partners.
