With continuous changes in immigration policies, families are experiencing heightened uncertainty and fear that can impact their children’s learning. Organizations serving these families can provide the support and resources that are critically needed during these challenging times.

This workshop will explore how early childhood and family-serving organizations are responding to the challenges posed by shifting immigration policies. Participants will learn how our AP-OD implementing partners are providing culturally responsive approaches, both legal and practical resources to migrant families. Through community partnerships, these organizations are supporting these families’ well-being and building resilience. Our AP-OP Implementing partners will also discuss the changes made to the AP-OD implementation in response to the recent immigration policy shifts.

Join us in this workshop not only to learn but also contribute in sharing the resources you are providing to families. Together, we can support and utilize best practices for supporting immigrant and mixed-status families during these uncertain times.
